The System Health Assessment

A complete diagnostic of your 10 health systems

Most health assessments tell you what's wrong. The Operational Health Assessment tells you why—and what to fix first.

You've optimised every system in your work life. Operations, projects, teams, yield. You apply rigorous thinking to everything except the one system that runs everything else: your health.

The Systems Health Assessment changes that. It's a 130-question diagnostic assessment that maps your health across 10 domains—nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, breathing, metabolism, digestion, detoxification, environmental load, and gut terrain. You answer every question. I analyse every answer. You get back a 15-25 page written report that shows exactly what's driving your health and which interventions will move the needle first.

This is not a coaching programme. It is not a generic wellness protocol. It is a complete map of your system.

What You Get

Results at a Glance
All 10 domain scores expressed as a percentage, colour-coded by priority. A cumulative system stress score showing your total system load. No guesswork about where to focus.

Detailed Domain Analysis
For each of the 10 domains, a written narrative explaining the pattern in your health picture. How nutrition connects to stress. How stress connects to sleep. How it connects to the symptoms you're experiencing. You understand the system, not just the individual parts.

Question-Level Clinical Feedback
For every answer that scored in the moderate or high range, a plain-language explanation of what that specific answer means and why it matters in the context of your health picture. Not generic advice. Not best-practice statements. Analysis of your specific data.

Priority Recommendations Sequenced by Leverage
A ranked action plan. The top 3-5 changes that will address multiple domains simultaneously. You know exactly where to start and why the order matters. No busywork. No chasing every recommendation at once.

Scope of Practice Clarity
Where your findings intersect with conditions that warrant medical input, this is stated clearly with a recommendation to consult your GP or relevant specialist.

A Clear Starting Point
A final synthesis that ties the full picture together, shows you what it means for your health going forward, and gives you the exact first steps to take.

How it Works

Step 1: Book and Pay
You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your intake form and your Assessment.

Step 2: Complete the Intake
A 10-15 minute form capturing your health history, current medications and supplements, health goals, and lifestyle context. The more specific and honest your answers, the more useful the report.

Step 3: Complete the Assessment
Work through the 130-question assessment across 10 domains. Most clients complete it in 25-35 minutes. Each answer feeds directly into your final report.

Step 4: Analysis
Once I receive both documents, I analyse your full assessment, review your intake context, and write your report. This takes time to do properly. I allow 5 working days.

Step 5: Report Delivery
Your completed report is delivered by email as a PDF within 5 working days of receiving both documents. It is yours to keep, reference, and act on at your own pace.

Sample Report Pages

Each page demonstrates the depth and specificity of the deliverable. Notice the mechanism—why each finding matters, how domains connect, what the data actually means for you.

Who Is This For

Analytical professionals — engineers, operations managers, senior leaders, business owners — who apply rigorous thinking to every other area of your working life and have never had anyone apply it to your health.

People who have tried everything and nothing has stuck. Dietary changes, supplements, coaching programmes, exercise regimens. You got results for a while. Then you plateaued or slipped back. You want to understand what you're actually missing.

People who know something is off but can't pinpoint what. You have symptoms—energy crashes, poor sleep, digestive issues, or persistent stress. They don't fit a single diagnosis. You need to see the full system.

People who want the analysis before deciding whether to invest in coaching. The Health Assessment stands alone. If you want to work with me after, that's a separate conversation. But this is designed for you to get the insight and decide what to do with it.

Self-directed people who need data, not hand-holding. You don't need a coach checking in on you. You need accurate information. This is it.

What Makes This Different to Coaching?

Most health coaches offer conversation-based support built around generic protocols. They ask you questions, they listen, and they give you standard advice on sleep, nutrition, and stress.

The System Health Assessment is different in a specific way.

I built a structured, data-driven assessment system, applying the same Lean and operational excellence principles I use professionally.

The output is a 130+ question assessment scored against a validated priority framework, with a sophisticated dashboard showing cumulative system stress load across all 10 domains.

What you get back is not a coaching plan. It's an assessment. A clear picture of which systems are working against you, why they're working against you, and which interventions will move the needle first because they address multiple domains simultaneously.

Every client receives question-level clinical feedback—not generic advice, but specific analysis of their specific answers and the mechanisms driving their results.

What Makes This Different from Standard Clinical Health Assessments?

A typical health assessment measures your outputs. Blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, BMI. These are important clinical markers, but they're lagging indicators. By the time something flags on a blood panel, the underlying problem has usually been building for months or years.

The System Health Assessment measures your inputs. Sleep quality, nutrition consistency, stress load, movement patterns, gut health, hydration, environmental exposure — the daily behaviours and conditions that drive those clinical numbers.

It doesn't replace your clinical screen. It's the layer underneath it. The part that connects "your blood pressure is elevated" to the specific habits and patterns causing it, and tells you what to change first based on impact.

You get a full written report — typically 15 to 25 pages — covering 10 health domains, with scored results, question-level feedback, and a prioritised action list.

Think of it this way: your bloods tell you what's happening. This tells you why.

FAQs

Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. This is an educational assessment created by a CHEK-certified holistic lifestyle coach. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Where findings warrant medical input, the report will flag this clearly and recommend you consult your GP or a relevant specialist.

What happens after I get the report?
That's entirely up to you. The report is designed to stand alone. If you want to work with me on implementing the recommendations, I offer two coaching programmes: a 4-week Foundation Protocol (€325) and a 12-week Transformation Programme (€650). But the System Health Assessment is complete on its own. Many clients take the report and execute independently.

How specific will the recommendations be?
Very. Each recommendation is sequenced by leverage—meaning the top changes address multiple domains simultaneously. The report tells you exactly where to start and why that order matters. You're not implementing 12 different interventions. You're focusing on the 3-5 that will move the most.

Will the report address my specific health condition?
The assessment covers 10 broad health domains, not specific medical conditions. But the depth of analysis often reveals patterns and connections that explain symptoms people have attributed to a single cause. If your assessment reveals findings that require specialist input, the report will direct you to your GP.

How long is the report?
15-25 pages, depending on how many of your answers scored in the moderate or high range. The more findings to analyse, the longer the report. Every page contains actionable analysis, not filler.
